08 Dec The day my heart finds home
Oh, December, someone has arrived, someone is here
Far from the reach of fear, both distant and near
I offer my heart to the endless tides, to fetch me depth sincere
With blossoms tied to frozen nights, in snow dark and dear
She is an immortal spring, a light no shadow dares to smear
A delicate being of purity, vast in form, crystal clear
She approaches like roses blooming, orchids and lilies drawn near,
And why not so, that wondrous dame owns beauty without fear
So come, December, crown this night, let heavens volunteer
To bind the truth of two hearts, one, forever held sincere
