A SLAVE OF LOVE

Written by Rana M

The poor heart had always been a slave of love all along
In all the affairs of this life & the stories ever constructed

Dig deeper to reach the treasures of passion immensely
All those dreams parallel to illusions of life instructed

The details of such illusions in the name of great love
Fairy tales with no glory as hopes really been abducted

Divine kisses by a taste of lips to shape of her worthy hips
Desires burning my heart completely lost and devoted

Wicked games my soul hardly ever could understand
Picture of her in my eyes lost in love, barely connected

A slave of love is a poem I have written about my feelings and emotions. In search of a sweetheart. In all the love poetry you’ll find the sweetheart’s beauty.

It is like many of my other romantic poems. I have tried to explain and express my deepest feelings about love, life, and romance. The more I go deeper the more I get emotional. And the more I then write about the fundamentals and basics of love, feelings, and emotions.

My poems are the essence of my poesy. Like you can read Magic Fall which is my latest poem. And further you can read my books to know more about what I write. Namely the book The Perfect Betrayal can be a good read.

The course of love is not easier, many fail in the process and many have different opinions about love and life but the more you indulge in, the more you dive deeper into the melody of love. Amazingly wonderful and sensational emotions add more value to life and bring passion and thrill to your mood.

The most memorable years of a teenager’s life regardless of being a boy or a girl have significant importance. Speaking of which the impact of those years on the upcoming life is so powerful that it really makes or breaks the future vows, goals or even success dilemma. Most people spend these years by gaining notable achievements, some, by the way, must spend their time anyway and few who fall in love to be foolish or some foolish to think everything is real and permanent.

Besides the desires of a raging heart, a beauty so flawless that takes your breath away. To the secret speeches of my soul to my heart or in other words to the flawless beauty of my imaginary girlfriend. As if beauty could ever be measured and could ever be seen in a formal shape that shape of beauty is you. Undoubtedly the utmost curiosity of a lover has a significant follow through in the eyes of the beloved. No dream in love has been even considered colorful without the presence of beauty. And no wonder has been discovered without a touch of romance. The audacity of the depth of this sentiment has channeled feelings and emotions into relationships for the lovers to cherish every moment with pleasure.

Cappadocia the name, traditionally used in Christian sources throughout history, continues in use as an international tourism concept to define a region of exceptional natural wonders, in particular, characterized by fairy chimneys and a unique historical and cultural heritage. Moreover for me to write this, in particular, is for my passion. Which is for traveling, travel and explore the world. My homage to travel depicts my efforts to motivate people for traveling. My book In love with Japan is the example of my gratitude for traveling.

History of Turkish Cappadocia

By the end of the early 12th century, Anatolian Seljuks had established their sole dominance over the region. With the decline and the fall of the Konya-based Seljuks in the second half of the 13th century, they were gradually replaced by the Karaman-based Beylik of Karaman, who themselves were gradually succeeded by the Ottoman Empire over the course of the 15th century. Cappadocia remained part of the Ottoman Empire for the centuries to come and remains now part of the modern state of Turkey.

Nevsehir

A fundamental change occurred in between when a new urban center. Nevşehir was founded in the early 18th century by a grand vizier who was a native of the locality (Nevşehirli Damat İbrahim Pasha). To serve as a regional capital, a role the city continues to assume to this day. In the meantime, many former Cappadocians had shifted to a Turkish dialect (written in the Greek alphabetKaramanlıca). And where the Greek language was maintained (Sille, villages near Kayseri, Pharasa town and other nearby villages). It became heavily influenced by the surrounding Turkish. This dialect of Greek is known as Cappadocian Greek. Following the 1923 population exchange between Greece and Turkey, the language is now only spoken by a handful of the former population’s descendants in modern Greece.

Tourism in Modern Cappadocia

The area is a popular tourist destination, as it has many areas with unique geological, historic, and cultural features. Touristic Cappadocia includes 4 cities:

  Nevsehir, Kayseri, Aksaray, and Nigde

Among the most visited underground cities are DerinkuyuKaymakli, Gaziemir, and Ozkonak. The best historic mansions and cave houses for tourist stays are in Ürgüp, Göreme, Guzelyurt, and Uçhisar.

The Great Göreme

I lived mostly in Göreme and witnessed its inexplicable beauty. To travel, explore and to learn. A small town surrounded by mountains said to be made by volcanic ash. Amazing views from one corner to the other. I had witnessed surprising swing of change in weather over the period of five days where I was able to witness sunny days, rain and indeed the sweet snow.

Getting Around

Once you have landed in the town of Göreme it would be more fun if you like to explore it yourself as I did. There is plenty of information a lot of people around to sell you their services it is pretty easy but I decided to explore it myself. There is a local bus stop right in the middle of the town surrounded by various shops for souvenirs. You can find items like clothes to artificial jewelry and from restaurants to small grocery stores. The local minibus goes to Nevsehir crossing Uçhisar.

The local bus is somewhat helpful if you have decided to roam around on your own. It will only take 3 Turkish Lira to drop you to Nevsehir. And as Uchisar is on the way you can drop by for many attractions on the way. Including pigeon valley and Uchisar Castle. It is that easy. For Urgup though there is another bus that goes and that leaves the Open air museum on its way. So you can explore much more on your own rather than paying for taxis and stuff.

The Fabulous Encounters

I met a few fabulous personalities in the town of Goreme and Nevsehir. Among those to mention is a beautiful girl (I cannot mention the name. Because she is afraid of her boyfriend might get upset if her name or picture is mentioned in a travel blog). She has a nice soul and a charming personality that you’d fall in love in the first fifteen seconds. If you happen to have a chance of meeting her in person. Her humble generosity attracts your heart towards her. But an ultimate denial blocks your path as soon as you try to communicate. Even with these barriers, she is amazingly wonderful.

Fatih Muhammad

This is one of the most exciting and the most memorable encounter in the history of my traveling life. Because I was trying to exchange money which was a currency other than Euros and US Dollars. Hereafter, In Goreme, I didn’t find any luck to exchange that money so I had to board a minibus to Nevsehir in an effort to exchange that money from a bank.

Unluckily people barely understand or speak English in these towns. I entered a bank while trying to ask the teller about exchanging money out of my curiosity. I was referred to him as he was the only person who could speak English.

Amazing

And the next thing was amazing. He not only helped me in the process of knowing. Why such particular currencies were not being exchanged in those small towns. But also escorted me to the nearest bus station. Yes, folks, you heard me right, he gave me a ride in his car and dropped me to a nearby bus station for my convenience and not only that he stayed there until the bus arrived. More to the greatest generosity and hospitality he offered me dinner and also offered me any help whatsoever I could please to request and he was right there to help. Just one brother to another we mixed up in a chit chat and it was like we knew each other since ages. He told me he also can find me vacation packages.

Cappadocia is an ancient city, and as soon as you reach this magical place. You would feel the generosity of nature with a unique and completely different style of landscape.

I believe the movie Alladin must have been filmed in Cappadocia. The rich culture endured in ancient civilizations can be seen immensely in this place. I love rain, and I love snowfall. You will get both over here. Cold weather with a view designed only for those who are unique themselves. Cappadocia has a lot of valleys from which. I love the most are pigeon valley, rose valley, and love valley.

Uchishehr castle has a mesmerizing view from the top and is best for hiking. A large picture of the countryside with colorful balloons hanging in the clouds. It is one of the most attracting and eye-catching destinations. The more you explore, the more you will love it and get inspired by its unique beauty.

The underground cities, on the other hand, are the site maps of an ancient civilization. And history preserved by the historians still to this day for people. To know the ways of life and old traditions.

There are so many attractions. Things to do, things to explore, and a lot more things to have fun. Local tours engage you in towards a beautiful nightlife where you can amuse yourself with traditional Sufi music as well as the famous Turkish nights to witness traditional belly dance.

The food is fantastic in Cappadocia. Just like all the other cities of the Amazing turkey, you can see numerous restaurants. With exquisite cuisines to give you the taste you desire. You can get any food that you like, the variety of food here will blow your mind. And always remember when you travel the taste of food. When cooked local with ingredients acquired from local sources. It is more delicious and something delicious to explore.

The souvenir shops, on the other hand, deserve their space into the fantastic sketch of this beautiful city. Hand made crafts from local people are just out of this world. And you have a massive variety to chose from. Moreover, you can get almost anything you could have dreamed of shopping from such a store.

There is plenty more discuss Cappadocia. Thus, one video or one article is not enough to capture its mesmerism. The beauty if Cappadocia is unique and designed for those who are unique too. Away from city lights, there is world living in ultimate peace in a beautiful way possible. A real ottoman style. Cave houses a unique and delicate form of seeing life from a different perspective. To feel the luxury of travel having the aroma of attractive scenery and a subtle lifestyle.

Lima to Cusco

For somebody who loves to travel and traverse the world, their eyes are so valuable to reveal treasures. And properties that sprawl in the beauty of traveling. For the ones so blessed to go anywhere they want. You can hear tales so compelling and beautiful about places they have been through that you fall in love with it. Just by hearing about the excellence those places do offer. From an ordinary traveler to the most prosperous ones, there’s always this dream hidden inside the soul to explore the real beauty of nature — historical and geographical importance of the places allocated on this planet from general holidaymakers to those who rarely have a chance. There’s always a current wishlist of points everyone needs to go and encounter the culture and beauty. As far as I have examined the part of this world, I consider Peru is the wishlist winner for several who love to progress and explore the world. And there are loads of reasons which I am striving to explain in the following episode. Peru travel, Peru facts to Peruvian food. A journey to Lima to Cusco or exploring the depth of far-stretched Amazon forests. It’s a country worth traveling.

Not all the people are rich enough to visit everywhere, not all the people got time to do so, people are busy at work or other commitments. But still, the people who can and don’t hold any barrier by their back are blessed. I travel not just to explore but to learn about the place, language, culture, and the hospitality people of that particular place offer. Its all about learning and a chance to educate yourself one way or the other.

Historical Grip

Lima to cusco | Peru travel | Peru facts | Peruvian food | Lima PeruLima in the early 19th century, near the Monastery of San Francisco

The earliest pieces of evidence of the human presence in Peruvian territory have found to roughly 9,000 BC. The most rapid known involved society in Peru, the Norte Chico culture, prospered onward the shore of the Pacific Ocean among 3,000 and 1,800 BC. These initial gains were followed by archaeological practices that originated mostly around the seaside and Andean areas everywhere in Peru. With a culture so vibrant and old it demands you to breathe in the air it carries and the skies it owns, the rivers and jungles it holds. From great archeology to modern developments, it’s a masterpiece to explore and learn.

Geography

Lima to cusco | Peru travel | Peru facts | Peruvian food | Lima Peru

Peru is part of western South America. It adjoins Ecuador and Colombia to the north side, Brazil to the east side, Bolivia to the southeast, region, Chile to the south side, and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The Andes mountains go equal to the Pacific Ocean; they describe the three areas traditionally used to define the country geographically. The costa (coast), in the west, is a narrow plain. It is frequently parched except for valleys formed by seasonal rivers. The sierra (highlands) is the precinct of the Andes; it includes the Altiplano plateau as well as the highest peak of the country, the 6,768 m (22,205 ft) Huascarán. The third region is the selva (jungle), a vast expanse of flat terrain covered by the Amazon rain-forest that extends east. Almost 60 percent of the country’s area located within this region. So the plane lands in most beautiful parts all-around to give every traveler a charm anyone can wish for or dream. Peru travel, Peru facts to Peruvian food. Culture

Peruvian literature is rooted in the unwritten cultures of pre-Columbian improvements. The Spaniards began writing in the 16th century; colonial learned phrase included narratives and spiritual poetry. After liberation, Costumbrism and Romanticism converted the most prevalent literary styles, as illustrated in the works of Ricardo Palma. Such writers spanned the early 20th century’s Indigenismo drift as Ciro Alegría and José María Arguedas. César Vallejo composed modernist and usually politically engaged verse. Modern Peruvian literature exists so thanks to artists such as Nobel laureate Mario Vargas Llosa, a foremost member of the Latin American Boom. Peru travel, Peru facts to Peruvian food. Food

caviche

Ceviche is a popular lime marinated seafood dish which originated in Peru

Peruvian food combines Amerindian and Spanish cuisine with powerful connections from African, Chinese, Italian, Arab, and Japanese cooking. Typical dishes include ceviche and pachamanca. Peru’s diverse climate supports the growth of various plants and animals suitable for food. Peru’s diversity of ingredients and cooking techniques is receiving worldwide acclaim. On the Top of the wish list – Places to go

Cusco – Machu Picchu

machu pichu

Inca walls, bright outfits, churches built on top of palaces, castles missed in the Andean heights. Fabulous roads-all the vision of a remarkable past that surrounds the visitors who visit in Cuzco. The eternal city of the Incas and archaeological capital of the Americas. US archaeologist Hiram Bingham found the citadel of Machu Picchu for the world. Cusco has inspired the thought of millions of travelers from all over the globe who stake down the Inca Trail every year.

They head for the summit of one of the world’s most remarkable masterpieces. The city of Cuzco, though, emphasizes many other attractions which by themselves would be sufficient to draw visitors. The main intersection, which the Incas called Huacaypata, the artisan’s area of San Blas. The Convent of Santo Domingo mounted on the roof of the Temple of the Sun or Korikancha, and the mansions of the Inca and his entourage are a portion of a lengthy listing of archaeological wonders.

Lima City of Kings

lima

Lima, the principal gateway to Perú, is a superior city running with living history and progress. It is an ethnic melting vessel, emphasizing pre-Hispanic, primitive and contemporary factors. The metropolis encircled by every perspective of Nature: the sea, retreats, hills, desert, and plantlife. Its several divisions highlight a city of more than 8 millions souls with an energetic nightlife. And well-endowed cultural display, as well as abundant public transport and non-stop liveliness.Peru travel, Peru facts to Peruvian food. Iquitos – Amazon River

iquitos1

Iquitos, capital of the field of Loreto, is Peru’s main port onward the Amazon River. The city established in 1757 started to boom from 1881 onwards as an effect of the rubber tapping industry. One can still notice hints of that financial bonanza in structures such as the former Hotel Palace constructed in Art Nouveau style with materials taken from Europe and Casa de Fierro. It was designed by French architect Gustave Eiffel and is such a masterpiece to watch. These constructions contrast with rural homes that line the Belen quarter, where all buildings rest on pilings due to the reality of the river extending many meters during the rainy season. A boat ride, along the principal rivers and lakes throughout Iquitos, is especially beguiling for visitors. Local tribes mostly live along the shores of the Amazon, Napo, Ucayali, Marañon and Nanay Rivers.

This spacious valley, any 200 km (124 miles) deep, is divided by the Santa River and fringed by a charming group of towns and villages, between them Huaraz, Carhuaz, Racuay, Yungay, and Caraz. It is a realm where time resembles to have lasted still. Wedged within two rising mountain chains: the Cordillera Blanca and the Cordillera Negra – The Callejón de Huaylas – proffered growth to the ancient Chavín civilization, who have devised a legacy in the Chavín de Huantar temple merely hours from the city of Huaraz, the capital of the office of Ancash. For everyone to understand what I am just about to detail is the ultimate love and belonging, the passion and charm towards something I love so much. There are a million things to do in Tokyo, so many tourist attractions in Tokyo. There are so many Japanese tourist attractions to visit and explore.

There are few folks on our planet lucky as they are gifted with guts to find girlfriends that’s quick. However, being a brown skin with a few extra pounds. There isn’t any luck that’s going to work for me boy. People have a passion for different things in life. Some love music, some love sports, and some movies. There are a million fantasies one should pick and practice the way it seems. Many are wild in chasing they love best, and mine is Traveling.

Every person on earth is a traveler. Traveling is not explicitly associated with vacation or holidays. We rush every day to work, to find opportunities, and do so much more. Most people confuse it with their holidays or time off. Every place is unique in its beauty, culture, and algorithm. So everyone has their own story their own reason to travel.

But most of us travel to explore the World. Things we never knew before or see places we have never seen before. Some people are bound to move because of their work. Like for example, people from the aviation industry, i.e., pilots, airlines crew, etc. Some people travel for business regularly. Nevertheless, everyone on this planet travel for a reason, business, pleasure, recreation, or whatever. Going is fun, and everyone loves it. The cheapest places to travel or traveling on a budget is always our priority.

Girls these days are more effectively involved in all the fantasies ever created on earth. And I have seen their sturdy grip practically while traveling — great travelers and storytellers. There are a million things to do in Tokyo, so many tourist attractions in Tokyo. There are so many Japanese tourist attractions to visit and explore.

If the subject is girls, then, there are billions of pretty faces from different races. But I like the beauty and innocence of Japanese girls. Intelligent as they may seem they wear a perfect smile with such an innocent face carrying calm and relaxed gestures. Moreover, the way they wonder when you tell them about things. They don’t know about or if they find out all of a sudden. Either you crack a joke or ask them something serious. They are either gentle and kind or hilarious and pretty. They are not oblivious to anything in any sense.

Although the subject today is not the girls, in particular. I am just trying to explain just a part of what I miss about Tokyo. From many beautiful things. This fantasy is one of a kind. There are a million things to do in Tokyo, so many tourist attractions in Tokyo. There are so many Japanese tourist attractions to visit and explore.

ropongi japan

Walking down the streets of Tokyo is neat and pretty charming. And witnessing people carrying various moods on their faces from different shades of their lives. In Tokyo, everything is calm and unique in its epic beauty. People are not loud, and they are humble and disciplined. Some serious and few smiling with friends, hardly any giggles breaking the air. The most extravagant and colorful thing I adore is “The traditional Japanese dress.” I love it. I love to watch girls wearing it as they look stunning wearing those. It’s amazing. I miss that so very much.

There are festivals, colorful roads, and vibrant colors to be seen all over the place. The trains stations to shopping malls and restaurants, everything is amazingly beautiful.
Moreover, yes, I am in love with Japan and notably missing Tokyo very much at this very moment. Its a beloved that would never get old and day by day the beauty of it enlightens my soul, not partly but all and whole.street in japan

I am mentioning some incredible people whom I met in Tbilisi. As soon as I reached out of the airport, there were Taxi drivers. Who almost try to get you to sit in their ride by force. However, I saw a minibus standing there, and without any hesitation. I reached and asked bluntly, ” Is there anyone who speaks English here, please ?”.

So here came a beautiful voice from a pretty girl,” Yes, I do.” Also, then not only she guided me on how to use the public transportation system in Tbilisi but also paid my trip, which was “50 Cents” from Airport to Liberty Square. I tried to buy the ticket but didn’t have coins, and the bus accepts coins only then she paid for my trip.  I can never repay her, nor I’ll ever be able to thank for the greatest of hospitality shown in there. He’s one of those. Visiting Estonia must be fantastic, but by just meeting him, I felt like I already been there. What an awesome personality. Numerous stories are full of natural beauty on this planet. Moreover, of various beautiful places, Srilanka is one of the most charming stories of its kind. An ancient place with much heritage. Inherent capacity to attract people from all around the world to visit. Besides all Sri Lanka facts and all is written for facts about Sri Lanka. budget travel is associated with this place. It is a beautiful place.

My Trips

My trips to Srilanka had been phenomenal. I have traveled more than seven times to Srilanka on various occasions. I had been to Colombo, Galle, Candy, and Negombo. Moreover, you don’t need a reason to visit Srilanka that often because it is filled with the natural beauty of forests, beaches, green meadows, ancient ruins & elephants, you name it.

Sri Lanka facts | Facts about Sri Lanka | Budget travel First Time in Srilanka

Srilanka is also one of those countries in Asia where people love to watch cricket as much as they love to play. It has also produced world-class players over the years in this regard. I still remember when I traveled the first time to Srilanka I had a flight from Singapore. I have had a couple of drinks in mid-air and was in bit fare mood. The landing was typical, and it was raining. I could imagine my eyelids had twitched on the window’s glass seeing the plane landing in heavy rain. Apart from rain and green plants, I could see a massive crowd of people as the small airport was surrounded by them all over. Pretty strange to me but could only be able to find out why, when you are out of the airport. The airport is pretty far from Colombo and very near to Negombo. Two different, totally different cities. The airport was small, well tiny and so as the duty-free. I realized that there were their Cricketers from their National team and I could see them shopping in the duty-free right next to the Immigration counters. Now I understood why there were people outside the airport, obviously to see them.

The Cricket Team

Well, you call it a sheer stroke of luck or whatever but I was about to see them in person for the first time in my life. There was a long queue of people on passport control. Moreover, luckily, I didn’t have to wait much to reach a counter. I got the entry, and there you go the whole of the Srilanka cricket team was in front of me. I requested the team manager that I am a fan and want to talk to them. He not only allowed me but also introduced me to them. I met Attapatu, who was captain at that time, Chaminda Vaas, Jayawardene, and Jayasuriya. Believe it or not, I went through the green channel at my way out from the airport along with their Cricket team. The green channel was especially for players only, but I was having a chit chat with them and didn’t notice that they allowed me to go with them. Budget travel is associated with this place. It is a beautiful place.

When we were out, I saw their buses, but an extraordinary thing I witnessed was Muralitharan ( a world-famous bowler) was standing on Bulldozer and waving the crowd. It was too noisy outside as people were screaming with joy watching their players passing by them. I enjoyed it.

Cities and Beaches

The sites in Srilanka are remarkable, yet I resided mostly in Negombo. Moreover, few times in Colombo. Negombo is a city famous for its beaches. Beautiful beaches at the cost decorated by hotels, shops, clubs, and pubs. Colombo, on the other hand, is the capital city. But as I saw at that time, it was not as developed as other major cities in the world. Crowded streets and much more. I loved Candy and Galle too, but I liked Negombo more and stayed there more often on my trips. Budget travel is associated with this place. It is a beautiful place.

People from around the world

It’s a fact that people from around the world travel to Srilanka. I was astonished when I saw the beaches there as a massive number of beautiful girls I could see; it was so amazing. People of Europe, Australia, and Newzealand, travel there a lot. There is plenty of entertainment. I mean imagine half-naked girls having a sunbath at tremendously beautiful beaches it sounds fun. I was not expecting this to see in Srilanka but was amazed. One more hilarious fact I found there was that I asked a fisherman who barely could speak English, drunk but stable. Besides all Sri Lanka facts and all is written for facts about Sri Lanka. budget travel is associated with this place. It is a beautiful place.

I asked him, ” Do you have a girlfriend” it was like I am mocking him or something and look what he answered me in surprise, he replied, “Yes! One is from France and one is from Newzealand”. I could not believe my ears and laughed at him saying, ” look at you, man? Are you serious? “. He laughed but said wait for a few minutes and watch so out curiosity I stayed, and I saw a beautiful girl not much different from a celebrity in her 20s came and french kissed this half-naked, stinking fisherman. I was shocked and fell on the ground, unconscious. I said to myself, ” What’s wrong with this world?”. Then later I realized that it’s not much strange in there. Moreover, I hated myself why I was single and could not have a couple of girlfriends like everyone else, but then the answer from my heart was ” I am not a bad guy.”
There are many pubs down there, and you actually can enjoy a lot, in some at night you have traditional dance performances and much more. There is a lot to discover and a lot to be expressed what you observe and watch there.

Food

There are a lot of fast-food chains operating in Srilanka. The traditional food is so spicy that only a few people can taste it. It is too much spicy. I tried one that they cook on a large pan, and they fry bread with chilies and gravy. I could barely have a few bites as it was extremely spicy. One more thing in their food is that they cook mostly in coconut oil. The taste is different.
Moreover, I noticed even the expansive restaurants used to cook in the same. After a few days, it was challenging to eat everything cooked in coconut oil. I used to travel from one part of the city to the other in search of restaurants to try something different and find out food cooked in oil other than coconut oil. Pretty hard to find such. Traditional fruits and vegetables are easy to find. Dry fruit also pretty famous and delicious. Besides all Sri Lanka facts and all is written for facts about Sri Lanka. budget travel is associated with this place. It is a beautiful place.

Admirable

food in tokyo

As soon as I reached the hotel, I didn’t want to stay back even if I had a jet lag, and my body was insisting on taking some rest. I already was in love with the place, and the people and my heart were continually asking me to go out and meet as many people as I can because they were so lovely and charming. I quickly changed and came out in the street outside the hotel. There were numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and departmental stores nearby. Out of my curiosity when I looked up in the sky, it was about to rain. Oh dear Lord, what glory, in-store already. I love rain and love it more when it’s raining at a place you already in love. What a beautiful feeling. It cannot be explained in words. I went to a superstore nearby and bought Yogurt, water, bread, and some snacks. It was a late night. I came back to the hotel and decided to take some rest finally to get ready for my first day in Tokyo tomorrow. If you want to know the facts about Japan, you must know facts about Japanese culture. It’s one of the most beautiful places to live.

The Excitement

The next morning, I was so excited, I had my backpack ready with my camera, its lenses, and batteries, etc. I was walking down the street taking pictures, asking people to take my pictures; it was so amazing, it was one of the best mornings of my life ever. The place was Akasaka, and after walking for about five minutes, I reached a train station. Down in the subway pretty soon I was asking the Stationmaster about the routes to different places in the city from that place. Soon he got occupied by people, and it was not just enough to understand and plan my day from there. But then I asked a girl standing right at the corner of the ticketing machine lost into her phone, she quickly responded, and not only she explained how to collect the ticket from the machines but also helped me understand the train schedule, timings and places to visit. That’s the beauty of Japan; everyone is so helpful and hospitable that it’s incredible to watch. The first place I decided to visit was “The Meiji Shrine.” It was drizzling a bit, and it was a walk from the crowded streets filled with beautiful people to the tall trees with a lot of greenery. It was a walk through the light forest to the main shrine and lot of people were walking toward it, you don’t need to ask someone where you have to go because everyone is either walking towards that direction or coming back from it. Pretty soon I was at the gate of the main shrine and just before that I saw a pond of water with wooden artifacts, and I heard a woman explaining the “purifying” process before going towards the shrines. It was interesting to learn. And then it was amazing to read numerous wooden pieces hanging outside of the shrine with massages from people around the world who visited, and it was truly exciting and colorful.

The way you show respect to the shrine was also great, you throw some coins in the wooden boundary outside, then you clap your hands twice and bow. It was amazing. However, the most interesting part to me was the place where charms on wood and paper are being sold for good luck, fortune, etc. It was written on the wooden bottle to shake it and then see your fortune. I did it immediately, and I saw a stick came out with a number “19” written on a small flag. I took that to the lady over there, and she gave me my fortune against the number I got and I couldn’t believe what I was about to read and it exactly reads like this “OMIKUJI – This poem was composed, in the traditional 31-syllable form, by either Emperor Meiji or the Empress Shoken. It says that the poem’s message has particular meaning for you.  (MEIJI JINGO- Tokyo).

I could not believe my eyes as I am a Poet, and it seemed like a fantastic message a deep and warm welcome especially designed for me, telling me that it is about me. What a glorious feeling that is, I am so much intrigued and happy. If you are want to know the facts about Japan, you must know facts about Japanese culture. It’s one of the most beautiful places to live.I was given a gift at my visit, and it was a poem and was about poetry. Wow, it cannot be explained in words.  I am genuinely in love with Japan already. After this, I walked back to the station and went to Sky tree- Tokyo. It is another beautiful place to visit. Day after another day, I happened to visit naturally gifted places like Nico, Karuizawa, Ueno, Takasaki, and Asakusa. The beauty is inexplicable, and the time that I had planned seemed not enough to explore and visit amazing places beyond imaginations. If you are traveling to Japan for the first time then you must understand Japan culture, traditions and everything related to Japanese culture.
