No one cherishes the beloved who yields everything for love
People tend to treasure those who are professionals in breaking a heart

You are cold-hearted, but what variance would it make now
Breaking this string of being heartbroken, I inevitably am a man apart

I had rivaled with fire to distinguish the vulnerability of this brutal life
Who truly troubles any more where it drops and where it does start

She discovered to fly with my wings but now breathes in another nest
Yet she had forever been in my heart; in actuality, she never did depart

Sweet sorrows or barren tomorrows, she shares nothing in the loss
My soul bleeds more the way you manipulate me, oh, dear sweetheart

The breeze carries the fragrance of her betrayal each and every day
I had scorned to smile since this damage, but treasure this, I am a lionheart
