The beauty of the moon that guides my mornings, noons, and nights
There is no blemish in the songs of nightingales, their pledges & plights,

Yet I see glory in the quantum of emotions in the city lights
Deeper down in all the beauty of the earth beneath & beyond its sights

But when I see her, everything seizes by her charms and delights
She becomes the fire that warms my skin, a ceaseless lava that ignites

She’s now a melody, a poem, or perhaps a dream in all its heights
Perpetuating my sensual limits to taste her lips in all my rights

A princess in the castle that can’t be conquered by a thousand knights
I win her only by my soul that sings lyrics that my loving heart writes
